This sheet set comes with a fitted crib sheet and a regular pillow cover. The sheet has the Cars characters on it and the pillow has Mater and Lightning Mcqueen on one side and Radiator Springs signs on the other. I'm using the crib mattress on my sons big boy bed, so it can definitely be used after a child outgrows the crib. I bought a Lightning fleece blanket and voila the bed looks adorable.

These sheets are pretty thick and good for the money. I like them a lot and so does my two year old! They are a great buy~
