Terrible customer service - damaged product August 27, 2008

I received this product broken and complained about it. I got no responses from them at all. When I called they said they would send me a UPS shipping label to return it which never happened.
I got it from BabyAge instead who were wonderful to deal with in comparison. I had to ask Amazon to intervene, which they did, to refund my money.

I ORDERED THIS BASSINET ON THE 27th OF JUNE AND I NEVER GOT IT. MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED AND I WAS GIVEN A DAY OF DELIVERY. AFTER ABOUT 20 DAY I GET AN E-MAIL TELLING ME THAT THEY DON'T SENT PACKAGES TO APO ADDRESSES AND THAT THEY ARE VERY SORRRY. THIS SELLER WASN'T HELPFUL AT ALL THEY DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND TO ME E-MAIL.
