I was hoping I had found a good, affordable organic cotton product here. This velour is actually part polyester though. I know Under the Nile makes a velour fabric that is 100% organic cotton (I recently purchased a velour footie from them), so I was hoping that is what this would be. I returned this product. What's the point of buying organic cotton if it is backed with a poly mix and feels like a cheap track suit? The color was nice, and it looked like it would fit fine, but those are the only good things I can say about it.

I ordered this sheet in two colors thinking I was getting an organic cotton product. The description says "100% Natural Organic Cotton Velour." I assumed it was 100% organic cotton with a velour-like finish. When the two sheets arrived I was surprised that they felt like a polyester velour jogging suit. If you read the tag, it says the backing is a polyester mix. What is the point of buying an organic cotton sheet if it's mixed with polyester????? I returned both of the sheets. Should have known the price was too good to be true for a quality organic product.

This product is not 100% organic cotton as described. The backing of the sheet is made of polyester, and the reason I ordered it was because it was 100% cotton and organic. Polyester is not a natural material nor is it organic. Finally, I washed this sheet thinking I would go ahead and try it and the lint it kicked up was tremendous. I took it out of the dryer and lint was flying everywhere. I don't want my son laying on this sheet breathing in lint particles. So I am returning this sheet.
