super mom ; )
this is the best carseat, not only for safety, but looks and comfort as well. My 8 month old has NEVER slept well in her carrier but sleeps soundly in this! I feel she is much safer in this versus the infant carrier also. I like it that I can still reach her from the driver seat and see her in the "baby view" mirror even though its much bigger and sits taller than her previous one. This is a great buy!

We have now bought two of these seats and my wife and I love them. They are easier to load our little girl into them as well as get her out. We looked at lots and lots of seats before we got this one and we were not impressed with any of them but this one. Everything had chincy straps or the chest clips felt really cheap or the tension release was in a really akward position or something. This seat has hefty straps, nice chest clip that is easy to release and hefty strap to pull tension tighter. The seat is a little on the heavy side for my small wife, but we never move the seats between vehicles really so that is on. Our baby seems to love the seat, and seems like she is more comfortable in there than her other Chicco we have had since she was born. I would say the only downside to the seat is when she falls asleep on the drive and we have to get her out, she normally gets woken up.

We started using this earlier than we expected to because at 7 months, our son began screaming during car rides. Shortly thereafter, we purchased this seat from Amazon, and he has been happy in the car ever since. The seat appears to be very comfortable and safe. We've been very pleased with the purchase.

I hate installing car seats, period. So, when I bought this one I was not happy to say the least. In order to use the latch method you have to perfectly align the straps at or above the line--oh my god! I was cursing, sweating, and hitting things to get this thing in my car correctly. But, when you do, that seat will not move one millimeter. It is built like a brick house and I love it! Your child sits up high and is completely surrounded with safety features. I bought this for my three year old who thought it was funny to take the normal shoulder seat belt off while using just a booster--problem solved! I feel so much more relieved that she isn't fiddling and out of her seat belt. Now I am going to purchase another for my 9 month old. It is worth every penny and curse word!
