In 1942, Russell Gray and Robert Cone formed Graco Metal Products, in Philadelphia, PA. For 11 years, the firm fabricated machine and car parts for local manufacturers.  Graco Contempo Highchair in Kasbah October 15, 2008
I spent alot of time researching and reading about my highchair choices. I chose one that was 2nd on Consumer Reports top 10 highchair list and had reviewed well with mothers. I was pleased with my purchase from the minute I took the highchair out of the box. It is extremely padded, which makes it more comfortable for my baby. I started putting her in it at 4 months old, it worked well because of the 5 point harness and the reclining seat back. It has a large tray with a second tray underneath for quick clean up turn around time. I thought at first that a wooden highchair would match my kitchen decor best, but the stylish design of the Graco fits in incredibly well!! On a scale of 1-10, I would give this highchair a 10.

I bought this highchair because of the high review marks that it received. It is OK. It's wider than most highchairs and a little bulky (my husband always trips over the highchair legs). I went to babies r us after I received this purchase and wish I bought another one. The tray is also very big. There is another tray that snaps on to the regular tray, so that you essentially have 2 trays you can use. The regular tray is very large and doesn't fit in a standard dishwasher. Plus, the harness is also really strange and none that i've seen before.
Stylish and sleek September 25, 2008
Dare I call a high-chair "sleek and stylish," but after reviewing so many styles/prices, I am shocked that something this cute could only be $99!
I wanted a high-chair that would blend into our kitchen and not stick out (i.e., Rainforest style green!). I looked at high-end styles, low-end styles, and everything in between. I came across the Kasbah and read all the great reviews and decided to buy it, sight unseen. I am so happy with the selection!! For $99, it's a very good choice and well-made. I ordered it through Amazon and it arrived about 5 days later, fully assembled. It's even better-looking in person. It's small, subdued, and perfect for what we need.
Most important, my baby has tons of room and is so comfortable.
One final thing that I never knew -- wheels are important on a high chair. I never would have guessed, but being able to pull him close to me, or push him toward the table, or move the high chair anywhere in the kitchen, is convenient.

I purchased this highchair when my son was 5 months old. It is well made,is easily adjustable, and can be put away easily. The Kasbah pattern fits into our decor and doesn't stand out in our living space. I like that the entire chair is easy to keep clean with a simple wipe-down after a messy meal. My son did not need the harness to keep him in the seat, but for younger babies, it would be helpful. From day one, he has enjoyed sitting in the chair and being at the same level as Mommy and Daddy at the table. Great chair at a decent price.
Great Highchair! September 17, 2008
This is a great highchair. I bought it because my friends had it and liked it so much. It folds for easy transport. It is made well and very easy to clean. It works great for my six month old.
