Just wrap the cuff around your wrist, and with just one touch of the On/Off Start button, the monitor auto inflates for quick, easy measurements. An automatic memory feature allows you to capture 90 readings and save them to track the readings over time. The large LCD panel shows both blood pressure readings and pulse rate simultaneously. The Panasonic EW3006S Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor runs on two AA Alkaline batteries which are included. How it Works
The DFT (Digital Filter Technology) uses a sensor to detect and isolate only the essential pulse oscillation, which helps eliminate other noise factors and leads to quick and reliable measurements. This also helps avoid over-tightening of the cuff. The monitor lights up if you are moving during a reading, alerting you to the fact that your reading will not proceed unless you stop moving. Once I adjusted where my arm should go on table it worked great. I cannot use the arm stand that came with it for some reason. It would give a false reading of about 20 too low (D & S).

This product was disappointing. I've found the accuracy to be poor. The readings have been wildly inconsistent. Because you take the readings from your wrist, the placement of your wrist has to be perfectly aligned with your heart - and it must be that way consistently to get comparative readings. It your arm is off angle by a few degrees, your reading will be wrong. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this product if you are really relying on it to accurtatly test your BP. The return shipping and 15% restocking fee by Discouint Jungle make a return impracticle. Amazon should not allow its merchants to charge a restocking fee for a product that fails to meet your expectations.

We are very pleased with this monitor. It is really easy to use. Lots less trouble than an arm monitor. Appears to be quite accurate.

This small, easy to use, unit is kept in a small portable carrying case. It's very easy to use by placing around your wrist with your free hand. It self-inflates and has a very easy to read screen. I like having the ability to save your most recent readings. I definitely would recommend this product.
