Elegant Gloves - that are still functional. November 18, 2008

I loved wearing these gloves. Not only were they elegant and fun to wear - they are also made of a material that is fun to touch. It wasn't just me who thought this, but a number of people who saw me wearing these gloves (I wore them at 2 Halloween parties) felt compelled to touch them and go "Oooooh... these feel nice!" Someone who saw me at both parties touched them again at the second and was able to recognize that they were the same gloves just by the way they felt. But enough about fabric texture...
These gloves are also very functional. At the second party, I was the hostess and spent a good part of the evening putting out & restocking platters of hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and the like. Did I take my gloves off when handling those oversized platters? Not at all! They do not make your hands or your grip slippery at all. And they don't impede the articulation of your fingers. What do I mean by that? Well, I was able to re-pin a friend's toga-made-from-a-sheet costume (a project involving multiple safety pins) with these gloves on... AND I could type on my blackberry without removing them (short answers mind you - it's not like a wrote a novel wearing gloves). But I am definitely pleased with this purchase and would recommend these gloves to anyone.

I purchased this item for my 13 year old daughter to wear to her 8th grade Prom. I thought the gloves were going to reach past her elbows but it doesn't. It actually reaches below her elbow, which is ok. They match perfectly with her gown and we love them. Shipping was extremely fast, as usual.

This gloves will certainly make a favorable impression on someone who's very special to me. I love the color--a beautiful departure from the usual white or black gloves.

These gloves fit well and looked great. I ordered them for a wedding that I was a bridesmaid in over the Christmas holidays and they were perfect. Very good quality for the price!

I can't believe how fast these arrived. I didn't even have to wait a week. These gloves fit extremely well. They're snug and don't sag down. Plus it's nice to find a decent pair of gloves in colors other than black or white.
