 fabric feels cheap August 22, 2008
i registered for this item and am not loving it at all. the fabric feels kind of slimy, thin and cheap--very polyester-y in a bad way. also the slits for safety straps are very close to the middle, leaving either not a lot of room as your baby gets bigger, or if you didn't use the strap, a big hole right around where their bottom would be.

The fabric is so soft and it was exactly what I needed for my contoured changing pad. Only thing I do not like are the holes for the security straps. I do not use the straps so the holes are not needed. You can not beat the price!
Very Soft July 18, 2008
I have an extra long contoured changing pad (17x35) and this was one of the few covers that I could find that fit it. It is very soft. I have only washed it once since my baby isn't born yet, but it stayed very soft after that once wash (which is more than I can say about some other purchases!)

This cover is so soft and is a huge improvement over the terrycloth covers I had for the other kids. I love that there are holes for the changing pad straps, because our first one flipped off twice. The colors are terrific, because it's difficult to match red toile and cream with pastels. The ecru is nice---I've ordered more and won't try any others after this! With experience (this is #4), I also will try to protect the pad from stains by using an extra waterproof pad under her bottom. Highly recommend trying this product!

This cover is very soft, and easy to launder. I would suggest buying waterproof lap pads if you are only going to purchase one. It is very soft on baby's skin.
