The decorated diaper cake sits on top of a wash cloth with silk flowers, decorations and bow. Then baby care items are tucked around:

The adorable "Sock Baby" sits on top measuring about 8 inches high by 6 inches wide. It is made with things that baby can use: socks, beanie hat, wash cloths and cotton balls (There is some glue that would need to be removed before use). Sock baby won't share their pacifier but has one in hand to give to the new baby.
