I bought this item because my daughter was developing a flat spot on the right side of her head. Since she's only 11 weeks old, I can't have her sitting up all the time. This thing is great, I've noticed a difference in 2 weeks. It's soft, washable and I use it in her swing, bouncy and even on her play gym, anytime she's laying down she has this. Great product.

My daughter received 2 hematomas from attempting to extract during childbirth. These later hardened and I believe made her keep her head in one position too long while laying which cause some flattening. Anyway, it is VERY soft and my daughter reaches to feel it when I lay her on it. I can't say for sure that it's working as she is at a stage where she moves all the time anyway, but her head is getting rounder and I have a bit more peace of mind. I wish that the Pediatrician or anyone would have told me about it maybe during one of the trillion times they mentioned "back to sleep". Just seems like a logical thing to use if your baby is always on their back.

This pillow is excellent for babies---I bought it for my 7 month old when I noticed her head flattening and after a month I can see a big difference.

I bought this Noggin Nest to prevent my baby from getting a "flat head". My mom has a very flat head, and I have a slight flatness and I would not want my child to have that happen to them if it can be prevented or reduced. This product seems like it will be good for our baby. I only wish that the pad came down further so that it could cover the baby's "seat" as well as their head/back. This would be great to have it longer in length for car seats or bouncy seats. It would also be nice to have the cover be removable for washing instead of having to wash the whole Nest. On the good side, I believe the product will do what it says, and the fabric is VERY SOFT and cozy. Nice neutral color although I do wish that other colors were available too. Product is made in China per the label if anyone is interested....

I purchased this because my son favors the left side of his head. He sleeps in a swing so this fits perfectly in it. He's also moving his head to the other side a lot more. His head is not as flat as it used to be on his left side. I was skeptical when I first purchased this, but now I'm glad I got it.
