I love these bottles. I feel comfortable knowing they are BPA free. In my case they work great and my son has had no collic. My son had no problem with the nipple size or shape. I never breast fed and they worked from the day he came home. You can hear the vent working when he drinks and when you take the bottle out of his mouth there are no leaks. There are alot of pieces to put together for the bottle but i'm sure that is the case with any venting bottle.
