The WORST!! Leaks! September 29, 2008 I have tried most of the brands and this is the absolute worst. It hardly holds anything and forget about overnight! I like Lansinoh best!
Irritate me and leak July 22, 2008 Not only do these absorb barely any milk, I have had extremely sore nipples this past week since I started using them. The only day I woke up without wet spots on my shirt and bed was when I double-layered them. Now that I've figured out that these pads are the reason I've been so sore, I've stopped using them and intend to throw them away or use them to clean up messes in the kitchen.
Paper towel can do better! June 23, 2008 The Gerber pads don't absorb at all. they move around all the time. I would give them 0 zero star if I could. (This review is actually from my wife since she doesn't have an account at Amazon)
Best I've tried June 9, 2008 I have nursed three children, and the Gerber Ultra-Thin nursing pads are the best I've tried.
These pads are thin and hardly ever show through my clothes. Unlike many other nursing pads, they do not bunch up under my bra. They are easy to re-position discreetly after a nursing session (and we all know what it's like to try not to call attention to yourself while putting yourself "back together" after nursing in public).
My only complaint is that they sometimes have a tendency to slip; for that I give them four stars instead of five. Overall, however, they are the best option out there.
Worthless June 7, 2008 I bought these hoping they'd be more discreet than the typical nursing pad while providing the same amount of absorbency. Nope. They have very very poor absorbency. I don't leak all that much and I soaked through my bra the first time I tried them. I tried again, thinking that perhaps the pad had shifted out of position but nope, I leaked right through pad nearly immediately.
Stick with the J&J, Avent or Lanisoh pads. Worth the extra money!
