Great to have different sizes August 6, 2008
I found this much more comfortable that the regular shields. If you're getting an extra set of shields consider upsizing.
answer to prayers July 18, 2008
This breastshield was an answer to prayers. I didn't know that there were different sizes of breastshields. I was using a 24mm and a very nice lady told me that there were different sizes. I went from hating to pump to being able to sleep while pumping.

Buying the right size breastshields makes all the difference. When I went from the standard (24mm) to these (30mm), I immediately noticed a difference in how much milk I was able to pump.
If you're going through the time and energy (and good for you by the way :) to pump, you want it to be as efficient as possible, and if you have large nipples, it's worth it to get these.

Always good to have extra parts around. More parts = less trips to the sink. And you know how much time means to ya when you're breast feeding a new baby!!!

I love medela products. solved my problem for larger breasted women who return to work and want the best result when having pump.
