Product Description Disposable Nursing Pads
Amazon.com Breastfeeding mothers know that let-down can occur at the most inopportune times. It can be triggered by missing a scheduled feeding, hearing a baby crying (whether your own or someone else's), or even just thinking about your baby. And, of course, leaks always seems to happen when you're in the middle of an important business presentation or wearing your best silk dress at a friend's wedding. These extra absorbent disposable nursing pads have a soft, comfortable lining that rests against the skin. The lining draws excess moisture away from skin and into a polymer core in the center. A laminated waterproof lining against your clothing prevents milk from getting any further. The pads are incredibly thin (2 mm) and contoured like a breast, so they don't look stiff or unnatural under clothing. Adhesive tape on the back of each pad secures it to undergarments to keep it from shifting during the day. Each pad comes individually wrapped for hygienically transporting them in a briefcase or diaper bag. --Cristina Vaamonde

Great deal, worth the money! July 1, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have tried many nursing pads in my time as a breastfeeding mother and Lansinoh wins hands down. They are the best at full coverage, smooth appearance under bra and leak protection. I have NEVER leaked through a Lansinoh nursing pad, unless it was my fault and the pad shifted as I slept (which happens with them all on occasion.) And they do have the sticky section to keep the pads in place so they rarely move. I think they are well worth the price, especially the amazon price and the awesome Subscribe and Save program! Soo easy...as soon as I see I'm running low, I go check when my next shipment will come in online and if I need them sooner, I am just a few clicks away from a new shipment. Much better than dragging the babies out to the store to buy some! Great product! Great buy!
Awesome Nursing Paf June 21, 2008 I tried many different nursing pads but Lansinoh s by far the best. It can absorb large amounts of milk and not leak. I am nursing my 3rd child and would only use these. They are decrete and very reasonabiy priced.
The best by far!!!!!!!!! June 20, 2008 These nursing pads are the best by far!!!!!!! I've tried every kind of disposable and nondisposable nursing pads, and these are the most absorbent, but yet the thinnest nursing pads! They are also the largest (in a good way!), they hide the best under your clothing(except for when you first put them on-- at that point there is a crease in the middle), and they stay put the best! I no longer buy any other kind but lansinoh! ~I only wish I had known about this one with my first two kids!!! You won't be disappointed :)
Love it - very practicle June 15, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I tried a couple of brands at first (whatever I had a coupon for) thinking that disposable nursing pads were all the same - NOT SO. These are by far the best. Here are the features I Love!
1) Individually packaged, handy for stuffing in purse/diaper bag. Plus, the plastic wrap is recyclable, which makes me feel better. 2) Holds a lot of liquid. I have a problem with leaking - a LOT, and these pads hold the liquid so I don't have to worry about leaking on my clothes. 3) Thin - though you still have to wear a padded bra so they don't show at all. 4) Big disc. Some of the others I tried were small, so there was more chance of leaking. 5) Nice material. The material on Johnson's brand actually STUCK to me, which was very painful when I was already sensitive. These don't stick and they are soft.
In all - these are the only brand I will continue to purchase while I nurse! Oh, and this package from Amazon is a good deal too!
Sensitive skin beware! June 10, 2008 I guess my skin must be more sensitive than I thought -- I broke out in a really bad rash after using these for a few weeks. It got progressively worse and worse, perfect circles of red, bumpy, itchy, swollen, icky skin that were the exact size of the pad. The nipple and areola seem to be fine, it's my actual skin that's having issues. I have no idea what in the pad could've caused this kind of reaction. I'm a very light leaker, and change pads with every feeding (every four hours). I'm switching over to fabric pads in the hopes that the irritation will go away; in the meantime, I'm using my baby's washcloths as substitutes -- they're soft and much more comfortable, although they do look kinda funny!
