 Ripped 2nd Wash March 2, 2008
I loved the idea of this and had a vinyl one that came with my diaper bag. I was excited to get this one because it could fold up and go anywhere. However, it ripped the second time I washed it. These things are meant to be used and just thrown in the washer. I sewed it back up but it keeps coming apart at different locations - what a pain.

We use this pad as the changing pad in our house downstairs when we don't want to go all the way upstairs to the nursery's changing table. It is the nicest portable changing pad I've seen b/c it is thick and plush unlike the changing pad that came in my diaper bag which is thin and means my baby's head will lay on a hard surface. I will probably get another one for the diaper bag to replace that thin one.

I absolutely love this product. It fits easily in my diaper bag and is nicely cushioned for comfort. It is also very easily cleaned, and it is cute.

I've never understood the appeal of the $300 changing table when changing pads like these are available instead. This changing pad can be used anywhere and is easily folded up and secured with the use of a velcro strap. The pattern is attractive and the pad can be machine washed. We're very pleased with this purchase.
