Mom of two June 10, 2008 This seat is fine but the strap is difficult to use and does not secure itself to the seat very well. I would most likely not recommend this to a friend.
OK, but that;s all May 12, 2008 Not very thrilled. The strap to attach it comes loose very easily, and it is difficult to secure on any chair where the seat is not perfectly square or has any indentations in it. THe only saving grace is the mystery elastic strap, when tied around the back slats of the cahir it holds it securely. It is simple no bell and whistles, but very slippery, not a good thing if you have a squirmer.
Not safe April 7, 2008 We got this for our 21 month old daughter. It has no lap belt so she thinks it is fun to try to get out of while eating or sliding down to get stuck in between it and the table, oh and standing on top of it too. I do not recommend unless your child sits perfectly still the entire time they eat.
decent booster, but scratches up chairs March 9, 2008 All in all, I guess this is a decent booster seat. We liked it a lot when we first purchased it. It was a good fit for our 2 yr old, and it cleaned up easily. BUT, it has scratched the heck out of the chair that it has been attached to. We have stained hardwood dining chairs, and the one that this chair has been on, now has to be refinished. Also, the way that the booster straps onto the chair is very annoying. We are now looking for a new (and better)booster!
Good seat, with one exception March 1, 2008 I got this for my 2-year-old who loves to sit at the bench at our kitchen table but needs some "boosting" to sit comfortably there and eat. It's working fine, but I wish the rubber stoppers on the bottom of the seat were a little more rubbery/sticky. We can't use the straps to attach it to a chair since we're using it on a bench. I was hoping the rubber on the bottom would keep it from sliding around, but it doesn't really serve that purpose. Otherwise it's a good booster seat.
