I was just looking for a pacifier for my Grandaughter when I came across this item and ordered a couple. Wow!!!! When we drop them they close a plastic case around themselves. No more dog hairs in the baby's pacifier. No more running to wash the pacifier every time it slips out of the baby's mouth. There is a hole in the pacifier to attach the pacifier to a holder. It is a nice small size for a smaller mouth, I used it on a 3 month old, never feeling like she was gagging. Not so small that there is nothing to it, though. This is a really nice pacifier, I bought 3 of them and use them all the time. After 12 years in child care, I can endorse this without a second thought. Nice product!
