Disappointing June 26, 2008 Just like the other reviewers, I think the suction cup stinks. You don't even have to touch the plate for it to loosen. And it's VERY difficult to stretch into place each time you wash the plate.
I was excited about the scoop-friendly rim, but we never even made it that far.
Don't waste your money September 7, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The main reason I bought this product was for the plate with the suction base. First of all, the rubber suction part comes off the plate (presumably for washing and/or for using the plate without suction), and it is next to impossible to put it back on. Second of all, the suction doesn't stick. I have tried everything, including adding moisture, and that works for about 10 seconds or until my child touches the plate at all. The plate itself is fine, and the utensils are fine, but I already had those things--I wanted a plate with a suction base. I am extremely disappointed and feel like I wasted my money.
very dissapointed August 14, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for my toddler. Not only is she able to lift it off the table easily with one swift pull, but the suction piece is very difficult to attach to the plate. Everytime I wash it, I have to re-attach it, and it takes 30 seconds to a minute to get it to fit on properly. Then, it falls off again as soon as I remove it from the table. The utensils are fine (which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1). Don't waste your money.
