pretty good for the price i paid September 9, 2008

between sales and other promotions i paid about $100 before S&H. ordered on Aug 29th, supposedly back ordered so didnt expect it until October, but received it this morning.
i'm 9mo prego and i put it together myself, just had to attach the back, arms, and cushions (the arm cushions were the hardest part).
it did come with scuff marks, chips, and the yellow glue on the wood, but some of the dirt came off with wet paper towel, and the scuffs and chips i covered with a white french manicure pen...no big deal. many of the brass colored screws and bolts are visible (there are 2 on each side where the arm connects to the base), it looks cheap, just like almost any piece of wood painted in white, but the cushions are a nice beige/light tan color and its nice feeling material.
when i tried it out i freaked a little cuz it made a cracking sound, but i think it was just the base settling like wood does. if you have big hips/thighs like i do it seems a bit tight, but once the baby comes out and i can drop a few lbs getting back to my under 200 lb normal weight it'll be fine.
