We ordered the Babyjorn original sling for a young mother-to-be. One day later we found she had been admitted to hospital, and was to discharged to a hostel. We used the carrier's tracking number and spoke to a lady in the delivery company's KC depot, giving the revised address.
It never arrived, either at the original address or at the substitute address.
We are out of pocket the whole amount we paid.
We was robbed! We have told lots of people that your carrier can't be trusted. You should use USPO, UPS or Fedex like everyone else!
