The Safety 1st Sound N' Lights is a truly versatile activity center and walker. It has three adjustable heights for a growing baby to discover and explore. The five whimsical toys and 12 fanciful songs, lights, and sounds will entertain baby and hone their motor skills with interactive play. But don't worry, the activity tray is easily removed to sport a spacious snack area underneath. The plush cloth padding is colorful, removable, and, best of all, machine washable. The walker glided smoothly on carpet and linoleum and the grip strips helped to impede movement on disparate surfaces and stairs. The Safety 1st Sound N' Lights will have you, and baby, humming and chuckling with glee.

suitable for the price March 30, 2008 We purchased this walker mainly because it is half the price of similar walkers. I have the same complaints as many other reviewers: My son cannot reach the floor yet even on the lowest setting even though he is 7 months old and 27inches tall. Also the "music" is sooooo loud and tinny that it scared my son to death! He was very happy just sitting in it and playing with the toys but as soon as I turned on the music he started screaming. I think that once he can reach the floor he will enjoy it though. So, to sum up, its probably a great walker but like other reviewers said, the music/lights portion is worthless.
Too tall March 19, 2008 My baby has normal height but still doesn't fit in this walker and the music is really too loud, will definitely return it!!!
Okay!! March 14, 2008 I bought this for my 6 month old son, and after going through 2 other walkers that were much more expensive, this one is a little bit better! My only comnplaint is that the hole where you put the babys legs are a little bit to small (or maybe my son's legs are just fat)! lol the toys are kind of cheap, but hey if he will sit in it for 30 minutes while I try to clean the house, Why not???? I would definatly recommend this walker over the Disney Pooh walker with the swinging tray! My son enjoys himself in it! The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the leg holes!!
How to change the batteries March 2, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The batteries ran out after about two months, but after a little investigation I found that the batteries can be changed. First, remove the three screws on the bottom side of the wheel. Second, remove the two screws from the electronic panel. On the bottom side of the panel there are four "watch-type batteries". I used Energizer 357/303. A little steep at $2.75 a piece.
cheap and unsafe February 27, 2008 Firstly, this is so cheaply made. It's a total tip hazard as well, due to the height. Secondly, walkers are a HUGE head injury risk and shouldn't be used period.
This was a gift. I hope the person who gave it to us never has kids.
