| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Gerber Diaper Service Cloth Diapers are comfortable, breathable, and super-absorbent. This 6-pk. is heavy weight for durability, too. Just 3 simple folds and Baby is diapered. You can reuse each one more than 100 times, unlike disposables. And cotton diapers have so many other uses:They make great burping cloths, changing pads, lap pads, washcloths and baby wipes. 100% cotton. Machine washable. Imported. 20-1/2Lx14-1/2W".
Editorial Review Basic 100 percent cotton diapers are designed for that one purpose--and every parent discovers 50 more. Whether they get sent out to a diaper service or not, these 21-by-14-inch rectangles of prefolded white cotton (with nifty blue edge stitching) will be pressed into service as wipes, spit-up cloths, emergency towels, bathroom rags, and more. For their intended use, folding instructions are on the back. --Richard Farr

Gerber Diaper (Pre-folded) May 27, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
The diapers are 100% cotton as advertised but it's cheaper to buy them at Target as it saves the shipping charges. Eleanor Powell

Unfortunately you are correct - these are not the same Premium Heavyweight Cloth Diapers that used to come from Gerber. When I called the company (I use these cloth diapers in my business) to ask, they told me this was the same product. It is not. They quilt and wrinkle after one washing, and just don't hold up their shape in general. Amazon needs to update their site, because the packaging has changed as well. I miss the old diapers!!
What is pictured here is NOT what you get! January 13, 2007 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
The item pictured and described is not the item you will recieve. I ordered 4 pakcages of these diaper service diapers and got a completley different diaper. These are thicker, better quality and have blue stitching and "Gerber" stamp on them that distinquish them to be the diaper service diapers. The diapers I got were thinner, plain white and had no stamp. Buyer beware! You will not get what you see in this current photo!
Best diaper you can buy in a store May 26, 2003 2 out of 8 found this review helpful
I started using these for cloth diapering with my first child. They hold plenty and have held up pretty well. the ones I havn't bleeched are still going strong after 6 years! These aren't as great as Chinese Prefolds but then again they are a little bit cheaper, trimmer and you can get them when you need them rather than having to wait a week for them to arrive in the mail. these are the best diapers sold in stores.
Cloth Diapering Dream! September 28, 2002 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
WE decided to use cloth diapers because it's SO much cheaper than disposables. The Prefolded diaper service diapers are definately the way to go too. I couldn't do it if I had to fuss with folding. Also - if you plan to cloth diaper - a MUST have is 4 - 6 diaper wraps (10$ for 2 @ BBrUs). They are like plastic pants only with waterproof and cloth covering. They also have velcro instead of pins. My hubby (who hates wrapping anything) LOVES and OFFERS to change our newborn's diapers since he can easily handle the velcro wraps. We did a diaper cleaning service for the first 2 months, and I clean them on my own since. IT's really not as difficult as everyone thinks it is. Plus it's great on the environment. I strongly recommend cloth diapers and wraps!
