I would give it a Zero if I could April 14, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My child fell off of this potty when we were using the insert for the "big potty". One of the supports snapped off the insert, fell into the bowl and my child fell through my arms and on to the hard tile floor. She bruised her bum and leg and wouldn't attempt potty training for nearly a year after because she was so afraid. I contacted the company and was offered another potty or an assortment of toys for my troubles. I can't believe they are still selling this thing and sadly people who don't read reviews will buy this in stores because it is cute and caters to what little girls want. 0 stars from me.
Good for use as a step stool, but not good as a potty August 18, 2007 I bought this for my daughter who loves the Disney Princess collection. It makes terrible red marks on her bottom from sitting on it. There is a big hard plastic ridge where the potty lifts out, and makes the marks on my daughters legs and bottom. I do use the base a step stool, but that is the extent of use for the potty. I would not recommend this product.
Like it but.... March 5, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Its a great little potty and is "cute" in comparison. I like that you can put the top seat on the "big potty", however it clips onto it and when you take it off a lot of the time the clips fall into the toilet. Very irritating. Great for stand alone use, but not the greatest at transitioning.
tips over easily February 9, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
My sister bought this potty as a gift for my daughter. My number one complaint is that the base is smaller than the upper part of the potty making it wobble and tip over easily. Note in the picture how narrow the base is compared to the seat area. Everytime my daughter goes to stand up from using the potty, it tips forward and I have to grab it. If she uses the potty when I am not there someday, we are going to have a big mess! The training seat does attach to our toilet and the base makes a great stool. However, my daughter told me she had a booboo on her bum after sitting on the training potty atttached to our toilet because the hole has a rough edge when the lift-out-pot is removed.
