AMAZING!!! August 16, 2008
I never thought I'd be gushing over a toilet seat, but this is the greatest invention, and customer service was top notch. Ken at Cool Bath Designs was awesome. First, he called me minutes after I placed my order to make sure I really had an elongated toilet and hadn't ordered the wrong size accidentally. How's that for customer service?! I had some difficulty putting it on at first b/c one of the locks had not been installed properly; but I called Ken (super nice guy) and after initially offering to send out a new one (I didn't want to wait) he was able to talk me through fixing it. After that, installation was a snap. THIS IS THE BEST POTTY TRAINING SEAT EVER! Within ONE DAY my twin boys were both off the little potty and on the toilet! They haven't gone back to the little potty since (yeah! no more cleaning the little potty!!!). We had tried those rings that slide around, and the thing that you climb up the ladder ... this is WAAAAAY better. It is as stable as a regular toilet seat, safe, and a breeze to remove and clean. It also has this great slam resistant feature, which is really nice for safety, and for when you have boys who love to bang things around! It's so easy for the kids to use, they're able to put down the right seat themselves. And it's easy for the parents too ... no more seats to take off, put on, and take up space in the bathroom. The seat also looks really nice. I wish it came in different colors to match my upstairs toilets! Anyway, my guys love their new toilet, and I'm so happy that we've got the potty training thing down. Awesome Product & Easy to install August 5, 2008
We bought this product several months ago and love it. It was easy to install no tools needed. This companies customer service is unbelievably impeccable. Ken was great about getting our seat shipped to Alaska ASAP and was very responsive to our emails. The seat is great for the whole family. We have tried many others including the kind of toddler seats that are padded which either fall off the toilet or if you have a "boy" leak when they pee.
This seat is easy to clean, easy for our almost 4 year old son to get on and off by himself with out help. He has been potty trained for several years now. But has never wanted to go by himself because of the problems with other seats.
In addition this seat does not slam shut and stays up for all you men and boys out there which is great for the little guys just learning to use the potty so they don't get hurt. It looks attractive and doesn't look like a kids seat on the potty. So your guests will not mind either.
We are getting ready to buy two more one for our new bathroom and one for Grandma's house as she still has the old removable kind.
For those of you out there that are the ones that clean the bathrooms rooms you will like the fact that it is easy to clean and there are no nooks and crannies that collect debris and if for some reason you have a need for a good washing they have made it so you just twist the knobs and the whole seat is removable for washing.
I would hands down recommend this seat to anyone who has kids or regularly has them in your home it is well worth every penny.

We just installed the Xpress Trainer Family Toilet Seat - Enlongated and it is perfect. My son loves the fact that he has a special lid and seat and my husband love the no slam feature. Very easy to install, took me about 5 minutes. The only small complaint is it is a little bulky, but other than that I would recommend this to anyone.

Love this product! I really like that it totally works for my toddler but our bathroom still looks classy. The design is great in that it doesn't slam shut and you don't have to bother with a clasp to change between child seat and adult seat. Would highly recommend this. We are very happy with it. To boot, when I ordered the round instead of the elongated one by accident, the seller contacted me and corrected it, still getting it out on time.

Oh yeah, this seat rocks - or rather, it doesn't. It's completely stable, really well designed without slamming down. The bottom seat (that's the one for adults) is also hidden by the kiddie seat so little hands can't easily find it and lift it. Of course, I suppose adults might miss it, too, but in general I hope for more in my visitors. We had gotten a kiddie potty which turns into a stool (see, we were thinking ahead!) and my 2.5 year-old daughter lifts the lid, climbs right up, and poops right in. She took to it instantly. She did regress a little in the potty training back to her little seat for a couple of weeks but was still willing to use the seat for pooping (thank goodness). --Wonder if I can get flagged for using the word "poop" even when it's in reference to a kiddie toilet seat?
