I have had this stroller now for 8 months. I like its features. I love the way it folds. I love the romoveable seat liners. BUT it does not work for my kids. I got this when my daughter was born and my son was 2yrs old. he is a big 2 year old I tried many of the doubles before buying this one. he was BIG in all of them. My newborn has never been comfortable in this stroller. it does not have any lower body support for a newborn. Nothing to support her legs and she would never stay in it long. I stopped useing it until she got older thinking it would be perfect then. She is now 8.5 months old and is just now starting to feel somwhat comfortable in it but still needs that lower support that it just does not have. Her legs dangle and it causes her to sit in a very arched position. I also would prefer to have some type of bar across the front because if I dont use the shoulder straps she bends all the way forward and looks as if she will tip right out. This annoys me terribly. It has such tiny little wheels that it does not handle well outside on the sidewalks. I usually walk to get my oldest child from school so this is an issue. also an issue is the USELESS "sunshade" this thing serves NO purpose what so ever. I end up carrying the baby and pushing my 2 year old because of the sun issue. Also the seat has no side support and my kids heads keep bumping up on the sunshade clips and stroller bars which had caused many tears for my kids and myself. I gave this stroller 3 stars because it is a very nice stroller and appears to be very solid. I was suprised to read the reveiws that say it has broken. I have not had any issues with this and I have used it outdoors alot on rough terrain. it does not handle well but it has not broken. That being said I think it depends on your needs and your children. This is not the stroller for us but I do know some that have it and LOVE it. Not for an infant in my opinion. I have recently seen the Combi Sport 2 in the store and I am going to get rid of my Maclaren and buy the Combi. I suggest anyone looking to purchase this for an infant should give the Combi a good long look for its more infant friendly features.

My husband and I love this product. My 2.5 year old and 8 months boys love to be in this stroller! This is my second Maclaren, and I love them all! It is not too heavy - I mean for a double stroller. I love the fact that the main color of the stroller is black, with two different attachable cushions that are reversible. I thought the stroller was going to look like the one in the picture, but the two cushions (the bubbles and stripe) can be detached from the stroller. So, in a way, you can have 4 different looking stroller! You won't regret it!

I loved this stroller after I bought it...it was lightweight, fit through standard doorways and folded easily, with little effort and was comfortable for the kids. Within 2 years, the plastic connector between frame and handlebars broke, causing the left side to collapse (no injuries).
After mailing for repair, I was told it couldn't be repaired and Maclaren would either destroy it for me or mail it back as is. They offered a 'discount' price on a new one, which incidentally was higher than web retailers. By the way, they even gave me the name of web retailers where I could purchase the item for less than they would offer. Terrible customer service.
I have found other reviews of wheels falling off another model while strolling (multiple reports) and a similar review of the twin rally model with the handle connector breaking within 18 months of use.
