The Fisher-Price Aquarium Bath Tub brings a comfortable bath time experience to both babies and parents in three stages of use: Newborn, Infant and Older Infant/Toddler. Each stage has a different washing position and use for the soft sling. In Newborn Mode, hang the sling from both ends, providing a safe and comfortable platform for bathing even the youngest babies. The sling includes a head support for stability. In Infant Mode, the sling sits along the slope of the narrow end of the tub and provides support for infants that cannot hold themselves up. Additionally, the bump in the base of the tub provides a stop. In Toddler Mode, sitting babies can sit at the wider end of the tub, giving them more room.  Perfect for a New Born Baby August 24, 2008
I have been using this tub since my baby was born. Great for when they need to be washed but are too young to be submerged due to the cord. Then as she grew bigger and could have a bath she was very secure in the sling and very warm. She doesn't cry and is happy to hang out. I feel very relaxed bathing her. She is now 6 weeks and it still works great.

The tub is really nice and easy to use. I used it for my baby starting 10 days old and we really found it comfortable. He also likes to lie on his tummy on this one. The only problem is if the tub doesnot dry properly in the sun, it will get fungus all over. Should be careful about that.

This bathtub was passed down to me by a co-worker that didn't like it either. I really liked the toys and thought it would be great but I was very disappointed. The sling did not fit a my newborn baby's body very well and when he was in the sling he did not sit in the water. So the whole time I was bathing him he was cold. Also my son is a pretty big baby and the sling sunk and his back was resting on the edge of the plastic that holds a sitting baby from slipping down so it was very uncomfortable for him. I tried to take the sling off and the seat position would only work for a baby who could sit upright.
good bath July 19, 2008
The bath is good. We have used this for my daughter from when she was a newborn and she is now almost 1 year old. The cloth sling for infants seems useless, we tried to use it one time then took it off and never used it again. She did not care about the toys for the first 6 months but she likes playing with them now. The drain plug on the bottom has leaked from the first day that we used it. It is not a big leak so we always just put a towel down on the kitchen counter before we use it and then have to wipe up the excess water when we are done. If I had to buy another one I would probably look for something without a drain plug to avoid this because you can easily pick it up to dump out the water.
Cute bathtub July 17, 2008
This was a gift, so I haven't used it. It is very cute and looks just as it appears in the picture. It seems sturdy, and I like the idea of it being adaptable to different ages. I think the net part at the top will be great for helping you bathe a newborn.
