 Still unsure September 22, 2008
This is the 2nd month that I'm trying out these ovulation sticks and I have yet to see a positive result. A few months before buying these, I got my ovulation strips from the local drugstore and paid $15-$20 for 5 to 7 sticks (depending on the brand). A friend referred me to this item and I was excited because this was so affordable.
First month of trying, I did not get any positive results. I thought that I might be doing something wrong and asked my friend (the one who told me about these) and she confirmed that she had just tried out her sticks at home and had not gotten positive results. She figured that they were just old and might be expired so she put them out of her mind and just ordered a new batch. She wasn't so concerned because she had used the tests (same batch) a few months earlier and had gotten positive results. It turns out later, after checking the expiration dates, that hers weren't expired at all.
2nd month, I tried again and still nothing. I do get positive results from other (more expensive) tests so I cannot figure out why I cannot get the same here.

Great value/Fairly good product September 2, 2008
It's a great value for the money. Like some other reviewers have mentioned, I also did not get a line darker than the test line. But I did get a detection of ovulation when the line would get darker each day and then decrease in darkness to show ovulation was past. It did seem like the peak of line darkness occured when ovulation supposedly happened based on when my menstrual cycle came.

These are OK, but I am not sure how reliable they are as compared to more expensive products. They are harder to use, because they are small.
