Product Description Leachco All Nighter Total Body Pillow The All Nighter Total Body Pillow is one of the best models of pregnancy pillow on the market. It is one of the only, if not the only model of pregnancy pillow with two different shapes for support. The body pillow from Leachco was designed by a registered nurse to meet the needs of expectant and new mothers. It is the total body maternity pillow. The body pillow from Leachco features three specially designed shapes which connect to work together as one and lend support. The All Nighter features a shorter, wider section for upper body support. In the middle of the body pillow is a longer, rounder section for shoulders, back, buttocks and legs. The Leachco body pillow lends support for carpal tunnel syndrome, hemorrhoids and gastric reflux to name a few. This maternity pillow is great even after pregnancy ends. It is a great body pillow for any adult.

Soooooo worth the money!!!! June 10, 2008 I purchased this pillow when I was about 25 weeks and starting to have back pain in the mornings. It is like climbing into a soft, comfy, cocoon. I was hesitant about spending $50+ on a PILLOW but it is so worth every penny. I climb in bed at night and go "Ahhhhhhh." You also don't have to switch the pillow back and forth with you because you're covered on both sides which means less interrupted sleep. It does make it a little more difficult to get out of bed at night but I'm willing to put up with that. And, the cover is a pain to get back on but again, this pillow is well worth the hassle.
Too large and hurts shoulders June 2, 2008 I am currently six months pregnant and having trouble getting comfortable at night. After reading the rave reviews, I purchased this pillow thinking it would be so great for me. I was disappointed when I tried it. Here's why:
1. Getting the cover on and off to wash is a real pain. 2. The curved part digs into my shoulder and really hurts. I've tried to stretch the cover and shove another pillow there to help but the seam just really cuts into me.
3. It is absolutely HUGE and heavy. Since I cannot really use it as intended because of the shoulder problem, I flipped it upside down so I can use it as a regular body pillow. This is OK but the end of the pillow hangs off the bed and is heavy when I try to flip over with it. I toss and turn a lot so this creates a problem. 4. This pillow makes me so hot I wake up drenched in sweat.
I would recommend something smaller and more manageable. I don't feel that this has helped me sleep better at all. I will keep trying different positions with it to see if I can make it work since I did pay a lot for it. I can't really return it since we've already used it and washed the cover. :-(
WAAAAY too Big! June 1, 2008 Sadly, I had to return this pillow, as it was Waaaay too big! When I ordered it, I thought it might be too small, not puffy enough, but just the reverse! I might be terrific for some folks, but I found it incredibly hard to move it around, and get into a comfortable position...and I as I am a real tosser and turner, it wouldn't work for me. Also, as I think someone else mentioned, the head pillow part was very rigid, not comfortable. Otherwise it was a great product...very good quality. But not for me.
sleeping better... May 30, 2008 I'm 5 months pregnant and was using a king size pillow between my stomach and legs. I constantly had to move it when I rolled over, and could never get comfortable. When my husband left in the mornings, I'd take his pillow and put it behind my back so I was supported front and back.
That's what this pillow does automatically, and it takes up less room. It's two sides together are about equal to the width of a king size pillow. So even though there is support in front of and behind you, you don't take up the whole bed.
Now I only roll over when I wake up to go to the bathroom a couple times a night anyway. I'm sleeping great.
Cons: a) it did take a few nights for me to figure out how I sleep best with it...be patient b) you are completely separated from your spouse, so you have to move the pillow out of the way for cuddling
Too Big! May 29, 2008 I bought this pillow at 16 weeks, when I was consistently having a hard time getting comfortable at night. I wanted a maternity pillow with a lot of support and I liked the idea that this one could support by back and belly. I could not believe it when the box was delivered - it looked like I had ordered a big screen tv! This pillow is gigantic. I have a king size bed and this pillow consumed half of the bed. Being so big, it was hard to reposition in the middle of the night.
Besides being big, the filling in this pillow is not nice. It reminds me of the poly fill in cheap pillows. If you are a down pillow sleeper, you may have a hard time using this for your head, which is unavoidable when it is positioned in certain ways.
By the way, I bought a $20 body pillow and it works like a dream (and my husband can fit in bed with me too).
