AFTER WAITING OVER A MONTH FOR THE ITEM IT'S NOW "NOT IN STOCK" AND WE'LL HAVE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND! SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND WOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN SNOOGLEING 35 DAYS AGO! RIDICULOUS!

I've tried repeatedly to contact you via email indicated in the review guidelines, but "an error" always occurs----that figures, as I was complaining about not getting the mauve snoogle covers and receiving navy covers--TWICE. Because I ran out of time, I had to give them to the young lady, who ended up throwing them away before she knew that I would try to send them back one more time and get a return. Your poor customer service left the young lady without a gift and me out the $.

My wife loves her snoogle and the cover compliments the product well. Washes nice and seems to be very comfortable for her. All in all a great complimentary product for the snoogle.
