Perfect September 27, 2008 I love this chair, my baby is almost 3 years old and he still uses it. I have taken it to pic nic days and it has saved the day. I can be totally sure that my baby is secure in his chair. I've even used it to have my baby next to me coloring in his chair, while I'm on the computer working. I surely recommend it.
Great find! September 24, 2008 As a grandmother who didn't have the extra space for a high chair when it wouldn't be used on a frequent basis, I did my research and found this product. It not only can be stored out of sight when not in use easily, but even though small in size has been a valuable asset when my grandson is at my home or traveling to another that doesn't have the accommodations for a high chair. I was a bit concerned because my grandson is rather large for a eleven month old (30" and 25 pounds). This seat should be able to be used for a longer period of time than previously thought. It attaches securely to several different types of chairs. I especially like the tray's cover that keeps the one he uses clean. Very pleased with this chair.
Best travel chair ever. September 23, 2008 We love this seat. It's great for restaurants, visiting family and so easy to use.
Excellent! September 19, 2008 So easy to set up and use. I read all the reviews before I bought it and I agree this must be the best one on the market!
Excellent product but be careful of your little one's hands when snapping on the tray September 19, 2008 We have a very sociable 7 month old daughter who always needs to sit at the dinner table. Since we spend a lot of time at her grand parents, so we wanted to get a high chair which does not take up a lot of space, easy to clean, allow her to sit the table with us, stable, will grow with her and relatively cheap.
After a short research we decided on the rainforest booster seat, not only does this seat meet all our requirements and our daughter LOVES it! So much easier to feed her when she is elevated. At times when we have enough table room, we let her sit with us on the booster without the tray, and we would always give her a snack so she feels like she is part of the dinner party. At other times she is content sitting next to us with the tray in and play the rainforest toys that is part of the system that snaps into the tray.
However! We have bruised her twice in the 3 weeks since we got the seat, her finger is totally purple as I am typing this!!! Parents beware when snapping the tray into place, if you are not holding your little one's hands while you doing this, she might just move her arms or fingers between the seat and the tray, and as it does take some force to snap the tray in, sometimes it is too late to notice her finger is caught till it is too late.
Luckily despite the 2 incidences our daughter still likes to sit in the seat during meal time, and somehow I have a feeling an accident like this might happen again as it is not hard to do, so we have decided to sit her right up against the table most of the time and not to use the tray unless we have to.
